Virtual Classes via (Zoom)
Group Zoom classes on Tuesdays at 5pm
Join me online from the comfort of your home for a blend of traditional hatha yoga and experiential yoga to practice modified Asana and Pranayama followed by meditation.
Beginners are welcome to this class as contraindications will be provided for each posture.
Yoga at 1879 Chesham Lawn
Every Thursdays (Wednesday’s from first week of October)
I would like to invite you to experience yoga classes in the beautiful setting of 1879 Chesham Lawn Tennis & Squash Club.
Morning classes will focus on traditional hatha yoga, and experiential yoga in the evenings where you will use props to practice modified Asana, Pranayama & Dhyana. Beginners are welcome to this class as contraindications will be provided for each posture.
Private classes
I am available for private classes where I create a personalised yoga practice that focuses on your health, vitality and well-being. This is achieved by setting goals and working.
This form of practice is advised for students who wish to develop their yoga practice further or someone who is new to yoga and wants to start yoga and is unsure of where to begin.
