I have had several one to one sessions with Radha to help me overcome a number of sporting injuries (back and hips). Radha has listened to my concerns and put together a tailor made yoga program for me ranging from specific breath work to specific exercises that target my weak spots. Her one to one sessions via zoom have been very helpful (especially as I consider to myself to be very tight).
Her calm and positive approach has encouraged me to start my yoga journey and I’ve already started to see some of the benefits. I especially love the post lesson summary documents she sends though. They keep me accountable!
